To improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, and high-temperature service performance of key components, reduce failure and operation and maintenance costs, and promote high-end equipment remanufacturing, Guizhou Huitong Shenfa Steel Structure Co., Ltd. implemented a robot laser powder cladding technology upgrade project. The project uses HedraCAM Robot OLP offline programming + dedicated cladding process package as the core to build a large-scale, high-precision, automated powder cladding workstation, serving surface strengthening and defect repair of core components such as molds, flanges, shaft holes, stiffeners, and wear-resistant surfaces.
