Nantong Chentong Intelligent Technology has reached a cooperation agreement with ChuanSite Software to equip its full range of robotic and 5-axis dual-tower ultrasonic testing equipment and production lines with HedraCAM offline programming, intelligent programming, and production line planning and simulation systems.

HedraCAM's ultrasonic testing process package covers the entire process from surface modeling, path planning, collision pre-checking to post-processing output, achieving automated, high-precision, and high-efficiency programming for complex surface workpiece ultrasonic C-scan testing. Technical features are as follows:
1. Intelligent Surface Path Planning: Supports automatic slicing of complex surface workpieces, with path points automatically generated according to surface normals, ensuring the probe is always perpendicular to the workpiece surface to guarantee testing accuracy.
2. Equidistant Trajectory Generation: Five-axis trajectories support equidistant X-axis movement, ensuring uniform row spacing in C-scan images and avoiding missed inspection areas, which directly impacts C-scan imaging quality.
3. Automatic Collision Avoidance and Reachability Pre-check: Automatically identifies singular points, interference points, and unreachable points before simulation, reducing repeated debugging and improving programming efficiency.
4. Complete Guide Trajectory Planning: Automatically plans complete guide paths from the origin to the entry point, with full trajectory visualization to ensure safe robot entry into the workpiece.
5. Intelligent Segmentation and Continuity Assurance: Supports automatic path segmentation with consistent start and end positions for each segment and smooth transitions between segments to avoid missed inspections.
6. Automatic Surface Repair: For workpieces with holes, supports automatic hole ignoring and surface UV completion to ensure continuous path execution without interruption.
7. Dual Robot or Dual-Tower CNC Synchronous Simulation: Supports mirror path generation and synchronous simulation verification for dual robots and dual-tower structures, suitable for large workpiece bilateral synchronous testing scenarios.
8. Multi-axis Collaborative Linkage: Supports multi-axis linkage of robots/dual towers + guide rails + positioners, with path point coordinates directly assignable to guide rail axes to accommodate large-size, complex posture workpieces.
9. Post-processing Signal Integration Output: Post-processing programs have built-in testing trigger signals, outputting directly to drive robots and testing equipment for coordinated execution without secondary programming.
10. Full Stack Extension: In addition to supporting robot offline programming and 5-axis dual-tower programming, the SMF production line module can be added to support entire production line planning simulation, virtual debugging, and programming. The AI IN intelligent programming module can also be added for unmanned, teach-free automatic production through 3D point clouds obtained from vision or scanning devices.
