In March 2016, Shanghai Anghua Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. purchased multiple sets of HedraSMF Smart Factory Virtual Simulation Software.
Anghua is an enterprise specializing in providing integrated assembly automation solutions. Established in 2011 in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, it has professional capabilities in non-standard equipment design, processing, and manufacturing. Its products are widely used in automotive powertrain, auto parts, new energy vehicles, aircraft manufacturing, and other fields, meeting various differentiated needs of customers.
The purchase of our HedraSMF Smart Factory software this time was mainly to support the company's virtual production line development. In traditional practice, project demonstrations often rely on 2D drawings as the primary explanation method, making it very difficult for end customers to understand. Our product, however, features a large and complete model library supporting most known robots and their corresponding external axes. The software uses DIY customization, allowing users to create corresponding layout designs for different units. Users can easily build the production line layout they want and generate highly realistic virtual animations in real time — something no similar product can match.
HedraSMF is simple, easy to use, and features a fully Chinese interface with a very low learning threshold. Ordinary processing personnel can quickly master the methods, truly making the construction of virtual production lines simple and user-friendly. The Anghua engineers in training spoke highly of our products, unanimously agreeing that compared to foreign virtual simulation software, HedraSMF is easy to learn and use without unnecessary complexity, and its topology algorithm for reading digital models is relatively advanced, making it very suitable for China's current application environment. Customer recognition and praise also inspire us to make HedraSMF even more complete and user-friendly. Our goal is to enable more users like Anghua to adopt high-level virtual simulation software systems.
