Jiangsu Superay Purchases HedraCAM Software

In April 2015, Jiangsu Superay Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Superay") purchased HedraCAM Robot Offline Programming Software. Jiangsu Superay Technology Co., Ltd. is located by the beautiful Taihu Lake, in the pottery capital — Yixing. The company focuses on laser surface manufacturing and remanufacturing technology, laser surface strengthening technology, and thermal spraying technology for dynamic equipment. It applies and explores these technologies in the fields of power, petrochemical, metallurgy, nuclear power, automotive molds, shipbuilding, military, and aerospace, improving and enhancing the original performance of equipment.

In particular, for on-site maintenance of large power equipment, Superay's laser technology demonstrates its specialization and integration capabilities. The equipment trained for Superay this time was a KUKA KR 30-3 six-axis robot system, including two external axes: a slide rail (linear motion) and a positioner (rotation). Such complex multi-axis systems can basically no longer meet daily processing needs through manual teaching. Superay's processing personnel reported that they had previously used several robot programming software with unsatisfactory results, and after repeated research this time, they chose our HedraCAM Robot Offline Programming Software.

Quick offline programming for multi-external-axis robot processing units is one of the advantages of our software. HedraCAM has a large and complete model library supporting most known robots and their corresponding external axes. The software uses DIY customization, allowing users to customize corresponding layout designs for different units. Superay's robot system is mainly used for surface remanufacturing and repair treatment of large automotive parts stretching and stamping molds, as well as crankshaft repair and regeneration manufacturing.
