NEPCON West China, organized by Reed Exhibitions, is a comprehensive electronics exhibition targeting the central and western China manufacturing market, featuring high-quality presentations of SMT surface mounting, EMA electronic manufacturing automation, IC & Components, PCB and other equipment and technologies.
For this event, the China Technology Automation Consortium collaborated deeply with Reed Exhibitions, the organizer of NEPCON West China, to launch the themed display area "NEPCON & China's Smart Factory 1.0 — The Future of Electronics Manufacturing," hoping to use the consortium's advanced technologies, products, and solutions to assist the electronics manufacturing industry in equipment upgrades and smart factory transformation. Trustrobot, as a member of the Technology Automation Consortium, is a smart factory software system solutions provider.
Our core product, HedraSMF smart factory simulation software, innovatively features a cloud-based large database of production line components in the virtual manufacturing field, enabling rapid creation and publishing of 3D model layouts for various automated production lines and unmanned factories. All simulations are built on real environments, with robot motion control consistent with reality. PLC and I/O signals can be integrated into the system virtual machine for simulation, ensuring authentic and reliable simulation data.
Users can perform offline programming and analysis of machines and equipment, verify and optimize, test robot reachability, and conduct collision detection.
