The "2019-2020 Smart Factory Talent Training Program" is one of the collaborative projects between Fuyao Group and the University of Dayton China Institute. The program aims to cultivate engineers with innovation capabilities, technical expertise, and strong English communication skills in automation and intelligent manufacturing for Fuyao Group's production and operations in China and other countries. From February 19 to 24, 2019, the second course of the program, "Industrial Robotics and Computer Programming," was successfully completed at the University of Dayton China Institute, with 32 Fuyao Group employees participating in the training.
