Trustrobot has recently secured a large procurement order from the China Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamics (11th Academy) for robot automation projects. Going forward, we will provide HedraCAM software for multiple enterprise projects within the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, including the robot 3D offline programming system, robot production line planning and simulation system, and robot 3D digital twin monitoring — covering all software products. HedraCAM is a professional offline programming and production line planning simulation software designed for 3D complex part robotics and 5-axis laser processing. It is the first commercial enterprise-grade CAM software in the robotics industry with fully domestically developed and controllable source code, and has been widely applied in numerous defense industries.
The Robot product primarily targets 3D complex trajectory processing for robots. By importing the 3D CAD model of workpieces, it automatically generates points at corresponding positions, adjusts point orientations, performs simulation, adds process parameters, and generates machining paths for actual robot processing. It integrates post-processors for over a dozen robot brands and 5-axis laser cutting machines, along with multiple machining processes. The SMF module is a professional robot production line simulation software and digital twin simulation platform. It enables pre-planning of factory production line layouts, equipment configurations, manufacturing process paths, and logistics. Based on "rehearsal" in the simulation scenario, it analyzes, evaluates, and verifies the system, quickly identifying operational issues and areas for improvement, allowing timely adjustments and optimization — thereby reducing changes and rework to physical systems during subsequent production execution, effectively lowering costs, shortening timelines, and improving efficiency.
