Trustrobot has been the offline programming software supplier for Komatsu NTC 5-axis laser cutting machines for many years, with software bundled with NTC machines. Over the years, we have delivered approximately 500+ authorized software licenses, with the earliest customers dating back 20 years. Trustrobot's early software ran on Windows XP. Due to personnel turnover, damaged or lost dongles, and computer upgrades, many customers were unable to use the software normally in recent years. Starting in 2021, Trustrobot offered these customers a one-time upgrade to HedraCAM Pentacut V3.2, and over the past year, approximately 20% of customers have completed the upgrade.
