In April 2024, HedraCAM software sales hit a new record. Especially in the automotive industry, in addition to winning new R&D projects from multiple new energy vehicle companies, HedraCAM also defeated two international competitors in the 5-axis laser cutting field — a German software company and a British software company — successfully deploying HedraCAM Pentacut 5-axis laser cutting programming software at Changan Automobile, providing a bundled solution for Japanese NTC 5-axis laser cutting machines. After multiple rounds of extensive automotive body panel production testing, the customer test engineers gave HedraCAM the highest score, unanimously concluding: "In terms of programming efficiency and ease of use, especially for the highly challenging automotive door inner panel bodywork programming, HedraCAM outperforms foreign software in handling 100M+ CAD models and programming efficiency. It also provides extended applications for robot automation — advantages that no foreign comparable software can match."
