Irregular tubes come in diverse specifications with unpredictable center-of-gravity positions. Traditional manual teach programming struggles to precisely calculate pick and place points, and each specification requires separate programming — extremely inefficient and error-prone.

V4 introduces irregular tube auto-sorting. Based on part models and dimension list data, it automatically analyzes geometric dimensions and center-of-gravity positions, fully accounting for gravity and gripper factors. It intelligently identifies actual spatial positions and calculates optimal pick and place points. Combined with spatial constraint-based auto collision avoidance, it autonomously plans robot motion paths and generates programs.

During large-part assembly, workpieces have manufacturing tolerances and deformation, causing significant deviation between theoretical and actual trajectories. Traditional methods rely on manual adjustment, resulting in low assembly accuracy, poor consistency, and high rework rates.

V4 introduces 3D vision-guided adaptive assembly. The software acquires point cloud data of fixed and moving workpieces from on-site 3D vision, calculates nearest distances, coordinates, and compression between point clouds, and automatically determines the optimal assembly position. It simulates the assembly process with automatic interference checking and real-time point cloud pose tracking. Combined with spatial constraint auto collision avoidance, it autonomously plans dual-robot motion paths and achieves virtual-real bidirectional control through digital twin technology.
